Bummer Day

​"Today was a bit of a grind. I spent a good chunk of it catching up on dishes and getting a new loaf of bread started. It was definitely needed since we finished the first one and the rye ended up molding—a total bummer, but I'll try again soon. I also started a sourdough culture today; I’m really hoping this one takes off."
