Expanding My Cooking Skills And Other News

Yesterday, the silicone muffin pans I ordered finally arrived, and today I put one of them to good use by making blueberry mini muffins. Following instructions I found online, I placed them in my Instant Pot, and about 15 minutes later I had a batch of freshly baked muffins ready to enjoy. With a little butter on top, they were absolutely delicious. By tonight, every single one of them was gone!

Tomorrow morning, we'll be making blueberry muffins again, but this time I'm going to try baking them in the air fryer. After checking online for the proper method, I think I've got a good plan in place. Hopefully, they turn out just as tasty as the Instant Pot version.

In other news, I now have a new keyboard and mouse, and I'm using them right now to write this blog. The keyboard is full-sized, and it works much better than the mini keyboards they sell on Amazon. At the moment, I'm using my tablet as my main device for everything, and with this new setup it's been working surprisingly well.

More than tough

This week is not starting off very well for me. Yesterday, I found out that two of the cats I had been following passed away. On top of that, I also learned that one of the people living in my building passed away this past Thursday. It hasn't been easy for me. Talking about it helps, but it's still something that's constantly on my mind, even though I do my best not to dwell on it.

Now for some better news. I ordered a new keyboard and mouse for my tablet, and so far they have been fantastic. I'm no longer having to constantly readjust the keyboard, and it feels really comfortable when I'm typing. I think it's even helping me improve my typing skills.

Aside from that, I also ordered some silicone muffin pans that fit in the Instant Pot. I found a recipe to make muffins in the Instant Pot, so we'll see how they turn out in the morning.

The Reset

While I am upset about it, I do understand why it happened. The instructions that were given to me were difficult to understand, so we're going to go through everything again in July. This time, I'm going to have Jackie with me so we can make sure we get it right.

In other news, I got so frustrated that I ordered a new keyboard. It's a full-sized keyboard, and it comes with a mouse as well. I'm also downloading Zorin OS 18.1 Pro. While it costs money, I'd rather pay for something that works well than settle for something that's not up to par.
