Loving the CI

​Why I’m Done With "Normal" Pans Forever

​I started this summer with a tiny 8" cast iron pan just to test the waters, and now I’m officially hooked. I’ve already upgraded to a Lodge 8", and added 10" and 12" pans to the collection. Honestly? I’m never looking back.

Why do I love them? Because they are bulletproof. No toxic coatings, no handles that wiggle loose, and no planned obsolescence. I could use these for the rest of my life and then pass them down. It’s the last cookware I’ll ever need to buy.
