 It was time for my weekly weight in and was shocked at the fact that I lost 3.5 LBS Thats a really good start for weight loss Why am I so interested in loosing weight it's due to me being diabetic I need to be "In the Zone" as they say and this week I start the new doise of Ozempic which isthe highest it can go 2mg we shall see
